All deliveries are made by Courier BRT. The shipping costs include the costs of running and packaging and transport costs.
The shipping costs are FREE for orders above 100 € in EU countries only.

Shipments of particularly bulky products is applied a charge which is a function of the actual size of the package.
Sending back packs and reshipments: if, for reasons not depending of Ho-Stile, like absent recipient, incorrect address specified at time of purchase, etc., the order returned to the sender and the customer wants to receive it again, Ho-Stile reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of transport is related to the return to the sender, is the new expedition.
